Delivery & Returns
At this point, Femina Clothing can deliver items on european continent.
The prices listed below are per order, not per item.
All orders that contain pre order items will be shipped as a whole order when the pre ordered items are ready to be dispatched.

Deliveries take 3 to 7 working days (depending on the country of destination) after the payement is confirmed and are delivered between 8am -9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

Deliveries take 3 to 10 working days (depending on the country of destination) after you place your order. Working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.
We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times. For reasons beyond our control this may on occasions be longer. In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock
we will contact you by telephone or email as quickly as possible to notify you. You are then entitled to cancel the order at this stage should the delayed delivery be inconvenient.
In the event the order arrives damaged i.e. there is visible damage to either the goods or packaging we ask that you refuse delivery and request it be sent back to us. We will then inspect the damage and have a replacement sent to you straight away.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund or exchange (excluding delivery charge).
Please take extra care when trying on your new purchases, as unfortunately we can’t refund or exchange any items that are marked with make-up, fake tan, body lotions, roll-ups, etc or with perfume, body lotions etc smell traces.. All items must be returned with the tags still attached.
Underwear or swimwear cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons (if the hygiene seal has been removed).
If you opt for a refund, we will process the full transaction amount, excluding delivery charge. The return costs is on your charge.
Please ensure all returns are accompanied with a returns note. All returns will be dealt with within a 7 day period, please allow a further 7 working days for refunds to appear back into your account. Please make sure you retain your proof of return. We recommend you use a recorded service so your parcel can be easily tracked, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost parcels. We recommend that all customers retain a proof of postage receipt and keep this until you have been credited for your returned items.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received. Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. Please note that exchanges can only be offered for items that are the same item in either a different colour or size. We do not offer exchanges for different items. In case of an exchange, you need to take into consideration the resending of the items with all its postage costs.
